Bob Brennan, is a former IRS agent and is now a CPA specializing in representing taxpayers before the IRS. As an IRS agent for 13 years, he literally wrote the book on IRS financial investigations. Since 1986, his practice has been devoted to assisting taxpayers.
Bob started the Tax Institute in 1995 in order to share the knowledge he has accumulated with taxpayers and professionals whom he couldn't work with in his day-to-day practice. The Tax Institute has developed Offer in Compromise software which is used by tax professionals nation-wide and also has created a CD form of the IRS Manual which is searchable on your computer.
